Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to return the product.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are issued via bank transfer or another method of your choice (excluding cash).

Please note: we do not offer refunds for delivery fees or if the item is damaged due to customer misuse.

Non-Returnable Items

Order Cancellations

After 12 hours, the order may already be processed and shipped, and cancellations may not be possible.
