Order Processing
Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing it for shipment. All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During sales events or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended, but we always strive to prepare and dispatch your items as quickly as possible.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your purchase. Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a notification with shipping confirmation and, where available, tracking information so you can monitor your delivery’s progress.

Cash on Delivery Orders
Since Isobel Gear operates using a cash on delivery (COD) model, please ensure that someone is available at your shipping address to receive the package and make the payment upon delivery. Orders placed with incorrect or incomplete address details may result in delays or non-delivery.
Failed Deliveries
In the event that the delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or refusal to accept the parcel, the order may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, you may be required to cover the cost of re-shipping if a second attempt is arranged.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and product. For any package that appears lost or significantly delayed, reach out to us so we can investigate the issue with our delivery partners and provide support as needed.
